The Rev. Dr. Richard P. Chandler (who goes by Rick) was a minister in a major denomination for twenty-eight years pastoring churches in Georgia and Florida. He also started a children's home in Trinidad, W.I. He holds degrees from Georgia Southern University and University of Georgia. His seminary work was done at Emory University.  He received his doctorate in theology and divinity from the Independent Bible Seminary in Greenacres City, Florida. "The harvest is great and the laborers are few" and Rick is eager to continue building a loving, caring, and God worshipping congregation and to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. His goal is to train, lead, and exemplify the love of Christ through preaching and teaching.

Rick is married to Fawn, whose father is a retired pastor.  Rick and Fawn live in a log home they built with their own hands, and are enjoying the fruits of their labor.  They are excited to be working together in this ministry, and look forward to many more years of service to God!

Pastor Rick is available for the following:

• Hospital visits for you, your family and friends. Remember the pastor MUST know if you would like him to make these visits.

• Baptisms for infants, youth and adults. We hope to have youth/adult training classes. Hopefully, the youth will do this on a retreat to Epworth or similar place.

• Weddings 

• Funerals

• Home visits upon your requests. Give the pastor a call to set a convenient time for you.
